Calculator works fine. He's trying to build to a certain dimension and the port won't physically fit, so that's what it spits out for an error. The port walls won't line up. Meaning you have to change height or depth to get the port right is all.
I've built 5 boxes with that program and never had a problem. Of course I've never built one as nice as his //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

x2. I guess he should have a warning beforehand. Me and Ruckus got into this before and he doesn't like you have to change xmax to get the port width you desire.

I still like it better than bass box pro 6.

i think the hole on the side of the box is for "terminals." he was prolly going to mount it sideways, so the port is facing north/south, the terminal is at the opposite end, and the subs first east/west. ya dig?
