Simple Mistake man- just:

1. Admit you are wrong.

2. Rip Apart Box.

3. Rebuild with 3/4" MDF and push that piece of wood so it touches the port hole.

I was told along time ago,//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif to only build boxes with 5/4 board. Its harder to find and is 1 1/4'' thick. That thing is going to fall apart. Well maybe not if hes running sony.
