well i am finally allowed to proceed and i called the cops and as always they cant do anything which is why internet crime is out of control so its up to my lawyer now

you are screwed.. i know it sucks, but in my opinion, save your rupees and order another from a REPUTABLE dealer.. ordering from joe that works for moe's audio might not be a good idea this time.. maybe order from moes audio, but not joe out the back do : )

thats what i thought i did remember? i didnt know about this nosense untill later...and he got paid by ups on june 27th if it costs me 3k im getting my money back,keep in mind i have to sue him now so i can add all kinds of crap to the $ amount i ask for,so long as its under 5k i can do this on my own.i have all the proof and will take this as far as i can to get my money back

sue for the cost of the cd payer & lawyer fee's...if you have all info available you should have a good chance. recipts ect....see what your lawyer says...

he told me quite a bit in regards to what i can and should try and get, the cost of the cdplayer 300,the money he got from ups 300,travel and my time off of work about 500 maybe and court costs and filing fees so if i try for 2500 i should/might get 1000 and thats fine with me, hell just my 300 is fine with me if he gets the ill for all the extra costs..
