I filed a complaint with the local police in greencastle pa and hagerstown md, the BBB and some internet crime unit,and usacops, against the only authorized eclipse dealer in greencastle. I bought an 8445 and it was broke. I returned it to the store/the employee. He sent it ups to eclipse and they broke it and he wont refund my money or give me another hu.I dont think he insured it.IT was under warranty btw. BLAZIN AUTO AND JEREMY STORER **** balls. I hope to cause enough trouble with the local police in his area since they take internet crime seriously now. to maybe get him to give me my **** money back or another 8445 or a cd5000. I already have step 2 ready to go but my lawyer (family friend) said i have to wait for a response from authorities before i can act again. its funny that everything i bought bnib was broken but all the used stuff i got from here and elite worked fine.......go figure

i wish it was local,i live in tallahassee florida and blazin auto is in greencastle PA. If it were local i could just call my cops and be done with it. My job flies people everywhere and i was thinking of trying to get a flight up there and have a talk in person since they wont talk on the phone.

You should try writing or calling fujitsu directly...

My uncle used to be an assistant manager at fujitsu at their US headquarters in san francisco, and when they decided to branch out across the east, and try and steal some of MCI's glory, they made him the regional director of the east, in cleveland. Then, less than 5 years later, they decided to shift their focus in the us back to the west, and expend more resources toward car audio, and laid EVERYONE in the east off, without so much as considering transferring him back to the west..... Needless to say, i'm sticking with my kenwood decks..

so, who knows, if that's their business ethic, they probably wont care that their subsidiaries are run like back-alley pawn shops, but it might be worth a shot, they might atleast pretend to care

That is correct. All UPS Ground shippments include $100 worth of insurance in the shipping fees. Any additional coverage must be purchased above and beyond that but the first $100 is automatically included.
