aero ports vs. slot port.

I personaly havent heard them yet, but from what I have heard is that it you can fit a larger box in a car using them so that is a plus, just because you do need all the extra room for the wood doing slot ports.

 
Areo ports are shaped to reduce port noise the most/maximize airflow, I'd say they are better than slot if they can fit into your application. The problem is they dont come in very big sizes and so you are forced to use multiple ones in setup with a decent sub. Slot ports are just easier all around, IMO

 
i think aero's are cooler looking. easier to design a box for too.

correct me if im wrong, but if you inverse mount them it reduces the port turbulence by a ton which has a positive effect on your SPL score.

someone else can probably better explain it.
