Another confusing aero port question where i have read many different answers for.

How many sq inches of port per cubic foot????

i have heard:

15-16 sq inches per cubic foot

12-16 sq inches per cubic foot

6-8 sq inches per cubic foot

What do you think //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

There's more to it than just size of enclosure. I've learned that different subs like different port area as well as how much power is sent to them. and what pimp said
So what would you say to use for rockford P3 12s?

i will be runnin 2 t10001bd amps (1 amp for 3 subs)

im thinkin about doin 2 6 cubic foot boxes in a blow through box. so 3 subs sharing 6 cubic feet (6 subs total).

But i wanna use aero ports somewhere instead of the two slot ports. Or would you recommend using slot ports for this type of box?

here are the specs for the subs:

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?cat_id=4&series_id=31&family_id=11&item_id=108288&locale=en_US&p_status=

box will look similar to this:
