Aero port placement.. which would sound best of the 2?

I built a new box for a 12" and plan on using a 4" psp port. I'll have to use a elbow cause the depth of my box is not deep enough. Below I drew up 2 options for port placement.

Question is will one of these sound better than the other or does it not matter?

Also what does everyone use to put a bend in their aero?

The More ports = the longer the length would need to be...

The box is 2.5 cubes and I want to tune to 30Hz

Single 4" aero = 13"

two 4" aeros = 28" long each

6" aero = 30"

No matter what it looks like I'll need a 90 degree in the port unless I went with a 3" (which I already have) but I think I need more port area so I'm gonna try a 4"
