if you do that, put the flare on the inside of the box and have the non flared part of the port external

explain why that would be better if it is flared on the outside rather than inside?

You should get smoother air flow with the flare on the inside of the box.

ok i guess i could try that. ill let everyone know as sooon as i go to another show and ill see if i can get a 150 that way. thanks to everyone so far
