Aero Port Gap Question

Google wasn't much help as I couldn't find help to my question.

What do you suggest using to fill the gap between the aero tube and the wood cutout? Especially if there are additional pieces of wood used to rise up the port further out of the box, there is a large gap that is empty space.

If i am not being clear, let me know and I will post of picture of what I am referring to.

I just had the same problem. I needed to double up my wood (1 1/2"), and used a jigsaw at a 45 to cut out the aeroport hole. there was a big gap because the aeroport is a curved 45. I just used half a tube of liquid nails to fill the gap.

Nothing because it's going to be too hard to get out of the box and re-use on another box when I want to or adjust the length when I want to.

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...

While that program is pretty neat, it assumes you know the values. I was just recapping the numbers you provided. RS recommends the following...
