Aero port elbows from Parts Express are poorly designed!

I don't get it. Parts Express/Dayton Audio makes very nice aero ports which reduce air friction and port noise, but their 90 degree elbows designed for these ports have sharp corners in them, thus defeating the purpose of an aero port, that is, if your design so happens to require a port turn.

And, nobody else makes these particular products to my knowledge..

I'm not using them, but if I did, my design would need a turned port. I tune very low.

i imagine it cant be that big of a difference. im about to use aeros and im still trying to decide on what im going to do as well....

check out lowes or home depot for pvc corners. some are smoother turns compared to that.

Most 90's are horrible for port noise. I won't use them personally.

correct. The materials precision port uses match up with sewer and drain spec PVC.

plus, everything is way cheaper buying sewer and drain vs. schedule 40.
