I need help with designing an aero port enclosure. This is my first attempt. I am looking for 2.5 net and tuning 32hz, With corner bracing. I would appreciate all help I can get! Thanks.

I get 23.4 inches for a 6 inch aero.

11.xx would be correct for a 4", which could be appropriate for this enclosure. 6" would be overkill imho.

i was using the numbers as the outside dimentions an assumed it was .75 thick

14"h x 15"d x30.5"w with a single 4" aero 11.25" long and (4) 3"w 45 degree corners will be very close to perfect. It depends on the displacement of your specific sub but I figured .16 for this box which is fairly average for a mid to high end sub. A difference of a few tenths either way probably won't be audible anyways. Good luck!
