Advise on monoblock amp

just returned my amp to sonic electronic. I have a 180 credit towards a new amp. I needed it to do Around 500 rms at 4 ohm and Around 1300 at 1 ohm. The two I'm looking at are pioneer gm-d9601 or massive audio n3 nano or willing to hear other opinions.

I don't want to go north of 250 total (70.00 new money) and I am limited to sonic since my credit is non refundable.

I have a 9601. Nice little amp, but if you're running ported it doesn't have a subsonic.

Hifonics Brx 2000 is your best bet from sonic.

I'll second the 9601. That thing is a nice little amp. Small, powerful and efficient. The no subsonic filter ***** *** though. But for sealed and the money idt you can find better

The amp I returned was a hifonics Brutus. If you go to the close outs section 90% of the amps are refurbished hifonics. Have a bad taste with those amps.

Happened to me with a closeout Belva amp from Sonicelectronix. It was DOA, and I got store credit. I used that to buy my XS D3100

get the 9601 they work great i have one and i use 2 of the 8601 one to each 15inch woofer

Was it dead on arrrival? Also the refurbs are from the garbage tier, like the hfi and zues. Brutus amps generally last long and handle some abuse as long as no user error goes on.
