Im looking for a good cheap component speakers for the front of my car

2007 csx/civic sedan
150 cad max budget
kenwood Kmm bt522hd head unit
JL audio 10w3 sub
Clarion xc6120 mono amp
Planet audio tt4400 4 channel amp
I prefer sound quality than sound volume or a good balance of both
Ive been looking around and confused with all the suggestions Or if someone can direct me to a good website that ships to canada If there is a good combo of front components and rear coaxials would also be good
