Advice on this system

Hello i'm new to the car audio scence anyways i'm wondering if you guys could tell me if any of this stuff is nice or what its worth. I'm thinking about buying it from my neighbor its all brand new

1 maybe 2 ppi pc2600 to drive two 10inch jl w6's

1ppi pc4400 to drive (2) mb quart rsb 218 with tweeters also to drive (2) eclipse 5x7 78573's

and i'm wondering if this stuff is to out of date

eclipse s33r deck and eclipse 12 disc changer s122

and an orion hcca 225

um i havn't herd any of it because its all still in the oem boxes but i'm into rap music and i'm looking for system that can handle lots of bass but also keep with with the bass with mids and highs
