Advice Needed

I've got a 96 Cavalier z24 that I'm not sure how long I'll keep (1-5 years) and I'm currently running a Sony MP3 deck and stock speakers. My right rear speaker is making a little bit of fuzz sound becuase of the bass I can make my machine pump out. I'm hesitant to do any major mods that I can't take with me (hence, I keep my GM deck in my closet). I'm not too much into the subs as I've heard them, but I might go that way if it was portable too. I'd like to get the next step up from factory speakers.

What would you do? Is there a way that I can get components in that when I remove them there's no holes? If you can mention prices too that would be helpful as I'm not on a great budget either.

you can just replace the stock ones that are in back with the same sizes. they will fit right in and will require no cutting drilling or anything like that. as for 6x9s which the size are in the back, look into focal, boston, mb quart, crystal. look to spend about 120 bucks for a great pair.

Well...first step- go to http://www.crutchfield.com and see what speakers fit your car.

then, visit a local shop, and listen to some speakers, see what you like...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

Then, come back here, and tell us what you listened to, get a few more opinions...

You can find anything that a local shop has for MUCH cheaper online...

I've already fell in love with JL audio 6x9 for the back. And I don't know what would be good for the front (4x6's). Would an amp to run them be superfantastic, or only decent? My deck is the Sony MP70, so it runs 52x4.
