Advice needed please

I am looking to pick this amp up and see what's wrong with it or have it fixed. I got him to post pictures of the board and connection brackets. From what I can see the board look fine and could just be a connection problem. Let me know what yal think.

at $50? Its a stout amp rated at 370rms x2. I'd be willing to pay $70 as long as I can get it working or fixed.
