advice needed on wiring kit

my soon to be system will consist of

Polk Audio mmc6500

Alpine F450

Pioneer Premier DEH-680mp

can anybody recommend me a good wiring kit thats comws with everything since this is my first time installing a "system."

also i am a bit confused about the wiring process. So the patch cord from my receiver is connected to my amp. then speaker wires from my amp is connected to the crossovers, then the speakers and tweeters are connected to the crossover. so the only cord coming out of my receiver is the patch cord to my amp?

i was asking about the wiring diagram. does the patch cord from the receiver connect to the amp. then speaker wires is connected from the amp to the crossover. then the crossover is connected to the speakers and tweeters. rite?

i have a 96 integra coupe and they are, from what i heard, the hardest car to run new speaker wires through the doors. *sigh*

You should only be running RCA's and power wire to your amp.

Are you just wanting to power your new components? If so, then you just need to run RCA's from your HU to the amp. Then from the amp run speaker wire to the crossovers and then to the mid/tweeter individually.

i heard "patch cord" from crutchfield little video on amp.

im not looking forward to running these new speaker wires...integra are the worst cars to do so............

anyway anybody got any recommendations for some good wiring kit that includes everything ie fuse holder, turn on lead, etc and speaker wire for my system? im not willing to go over 100 bucks for the necessary wires though

so the alpine F450 is the only amp you will be using? if so, just go to the link above, for knuconcepts.com, and buy a 4 guage amp install kit, with the RCA cable. Should run you less than 50 bucks.

Seems kinda long. Anyway, Go with 12-16AWG speaker wire for those comps. 16AWG should still be able to carry
