I'm not sure if we went over this in Algebra 1 or not. All I remember is I took Advanced Algebra 2 in 10th grade.

I get another try but says this is wrong.

Then it'd be written as f(x)= -3

I just put 0x in there to show that the x value gets bypassed and that the y value is always -3. I haven't done this in a while either, so I guess f(x)= -3 would be the simplest way to write it.
