Think I might hover on the site till midnight and try to get the 30% off...was going to just throw a cheap lead acid batt in it because I only plan on keeping it one more season but if I can get a sealed AGM for about the same price, hell why not?

30% off code is live. Just snagged a 75$ batt for $52.49. What sucks is they charged me $6 for a core charge. Think if I take my old batt in when I go to pick up the new one (didn't qualify for free shipping) they'll refund me the $6? Or can I sell the old one for the scrap lead anywhere? I think there's a local battery store that buys old batteries...

There are scrap places and random people that give like $5 or $6 bucks for dead batteries around here.. Maybe you could find something like that.

The battery wholesale place at nebraska and westwood had a sign saying they were paying $8 for junk batteries a week ago. Really glad I saw this deal, I'm looking at picking up a d34/78 for $133.69 with the 30% off.

BTW.. Advanced Auto runs these Promo deals every week and month their normal basic % off promo is around 15-20%, upto 50% on certain items during the year. I got my Yellow top for 45% off 2 months ago using Advanced Auto and My credit cards Promo they was running together, along with 5,000 card points.. Just have to check the site every so often
