mac fan boys never get old. Virus'/0days do occur on macs and every other os out there. There is no such thing as a secure operating system, there is alawys a way.

Adsense isn't a google virus, it's googles advertising program, you see all the Ads on this site, most of them are from Google Adsense, it's how the web master collects revenue.

I know there are viruses on mac systems, but people don't code as many as them, so the risk of getting one is so much less than on a pc. But really...if you know wtf your doing you shouldnt really need to worry about viruses in the first place

Well with adsense theres two ways to make money, by people clicking on the ads and for every 1000 impressions(views) of the ad, if some one person clicks on one of these ads only once, goob gets a couple cents, or he could get more depending on the site and the publisher(Google) since this site has a a lot of people daily he probably gets more than a couple cents if it is clicked, also the impressions are probably through the roof daily due to the number of people seeing them, so I'm sure he makes quite a bit from the site.
