The speakers are in very good condition and have no cone damage. They only have minor scratches on them. What do you expect from something almost 15 years old. The mids on this set are absolutely awesome and play with very warm sound. They also have some of the most laid back tweeters I have every heard. I don't have the crossovers but I have read reviews about how they go into protect pretty easily. So I highly recommend using them active, who runs passive these days anyway?
