Adire Audio Brahma Mk2 12 good deal?

Guy on craigslist is willing to trade his Brahma + 40 bucks for my skar vvx 12 and my Phoenix gold 65cs component set, is this a good deal? The Brahma has one minor mark in the surround but has been fixed with some rubber cement or something. Don't know much about Brahma subs except that they are similar to older XXX's? Any input is appreciated
