I know there are several other posts about this right now but i was asked specifically by his wife Ashley to post this.

"There are so many people helping. No matter if you gave a condolence, donated money, planned his car show or plan to attend, stayed up late with me, or where just a hug or phone call thank you and i know David my baby would thank all of you too."

There will also be a show in his honor for anyone that wishes to attend.

Car show for David DeRoncey will be Sunday December 2nd at 2pm. At Tom Bradford Park (Tom Bradford Park - Birmingham - RecreationParks.net).

The actual funeral services have not been set but i was asked to post them as well when they become available.

i live real close to that park, my son and i will try to make it. thanks for the info, our thoughts and prayers are with the family. i lost my wife in january, and there were some peeps on here that reached out to us and it felt good knowing that some of the people on here a really great people.

Just left tom bradford park, it was great to see all of us come together. Got to meet the missus, and give her our sypathy. My head still hertz from all of the demos. I cannot believe that people stoop so low. I am a good person at heart. People that actually know me would never believe this crap. All proceeds went ot burying expensives and David's blazer. Reward money is being given out by CrimeStopper. And as far as a tombstone, the dirt actually has to settle before I can place and type of stone. or the stone will crack. When I do get the life insurance policy it will be going to a tombstone. Also, I am getting money from the car insurance policy; however, I am still going to pay out of pocket. The car was completely totalled. I apologize for whoever posted that horrible post and is giving out misleading information. Thanks for all y'all have done for me (Ashley DeRoncey). I am now joing forums and would like to get to know David's followers.
