Adding speakers.....

So my single cab toyota pickup only has room for 2 4" speakers in the dash and no other factory place to mount more speakers.I would like to add 2 more speakers, whats the best location to mount them at doors or behind seat ontop of sub box or?

If you want louder, more speakers is not the optimum solution, you need better quality drivers that can get loud. Pro audio mids like seleniums, B&C, or krome audio will still sound good but will get a whole lot louder then a normal set of components.

you can use the stock location for a nice 4" coaxial and add a 6.5" midbass woofer in the door or kick. get a decent 4 channel amp to power the dash speakers and door midbass. run a 300-400Hz high pass filter on the dash and the same range low pass on the midbass.
