Adding speakers to door

okay here's my problem. I'm adding some 6.5's to my doors. (My car currently only has tweets in the dash and speakers in the rear.

How should I go about cutting and mounting the speakers. I already plan on using second skin to make sure my doors are nice and quiet no shakes or rattles. The mounting depth for my doors are about 2 inch but the speakers I want need about 2.5 inches of mounting depth so I need to build some rings or something to hold them for me. Any advice is appreciated.

Also what website would anyone suggest for buying second skin I'll need a big roll for a reasonable price because I am going to eventually do my entire car. I already did the truck (half-assed got to redo it) and I'm about to do all 4 doors then after I redo the trunk I'll pull up my seats.

Also Should I just ditch my tweeters up front and 61/2s in back or can I do something to make them all work. I only have two amps right now and I don't think my electrical system can handle a third. they are both 4channel amps.

pictures? id get some decent coaxils for the rear running off the HU and replace your amps with a mono for subs and a two channel for fronts. with the front just do components in the kick panels. still sound deaded everything

I dont have a digital camera.

So you're saying run some decent coaxils in the front like 6X9's in the back. And use an amp for my door speakers? So I would amp the crossovers and let the HU handle the rear?

I planned on getting a mono for the subs I'm just saving up but for now my little amp still makes everything beat nicely.
