Okay so im gonna twist cap two different spots on this one run of wire. Should I run a brand new wire or don't worry.

It is the same gauge and brand. 16 gauge stinger wire.

I ditched my crossover, so i'm going to twist cap or use connectors there for the speaker in and the amp in ones.

And then i had to twist cap for it to be longer at the amp

uhm i didnt quite understand your question? i believe your idea is to remove your crossover and run the speakers inline, this will simply not work. If you plan on using 1 run of speaker wire to you mids and then splicing wire from that off to run your tweeters you will blow your tweeter, they arent made for bass and youll be putting all notes to them such as a coaxial speaker, your bass will goto your tweeters and your highs will goto your mids, its just a bad idea.

my bad. basically im just going to run my speaker directly to the amp. im running tweeters to the amp too.

my question: Is it bad to have breaks in the wire. I'm not going to have one solid run because I had it cut for what I needed at the time, and redoing it would require messing with the molex plug again.

Solder and heatshrink would be the better option if you had to do it that way. I always try to run a little bit longer to account for instances like this.
