Adding/changing registry key without confirming

How do you change/add a registry key (without going into any registry editing tool) without having windows ask yo if you want to add the value? I have a registry key .reg. When you open it, windows will ask if that is what you want to do. I don't want to see this. Anyone know how I can make that not come up and change it without me telling it yes?

Call the reg file using a bat file. Call it with this command:

START /w regedit /s
