Acura Rl amp and sub help!

Hey guys i just bought a 1997 acura Rl. It has the factory bose system with a 6cd changer in the back so i can already tell it would be a pain to swap the deck so i was wondering what i would have to do to put my L& and amp in it and also put my 6.5 comps with the amp in it?

any suggestions would be appreciated!
