like it says i have active ?'s. i am still fairly new to car audio so hopefully someone can help... does active on a hu mean active x-over? also time alignment is probably the same as on my home receiver i assume which is adjusting when the sound gets to the listening position correct?

i am basically thinking of the 880prs but im not sure if i need it. i want better sq and a cool looking motorized flip face (i hear people say that it is lame to worry about looks so i guess i am lame) and also need 4v or higher outs... any help is appreciated. thanks

yes... i understand what a speaker or amplifier x-over does, but am i correct in thinking that active in hu terms means x-over? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Yes its the crossover in the HU. meaning it has the ability to crossover the subs, mids and tweeters individually.
