Alright that's a lil bit over my head not gonna lie lol. I'm on a 24 slope tho so that means I'm on a 360 phase shift correct? If I go on a 12 slope I have to wire backwards right?

I agree with the others. Start with a 2 way, mid in the door, tweet I the dash/a-pillar. If you want to do a 3-way that sounds really good you'll need to do some fabrication to get a 3 or 4" midrange up with the tweeter.

Every piece is different. It is easy to design in phase compensation, but it costs a bit more money. You could email tech support and ask them. Or you could just listen to it. Swap phase and listen. Tones or band limited pink noise around the crossover point of concern would be easier to distinguish than music.
