I got it in April or May of 2018. I don't carry. I'm not really a gun guy. If people are shooting then I'm leaving. If that makes me weak or a pusssy then so be it.

I ran out of my flip flops and the asphalt was on 🔥. I went to Ross the next day to get the comforter that I wanted and they gave me a new pair of slides for free.

I'm fine. I just know some people will chime in say that I'm a pusssy for not carrying. The first active shooter situation I was in was when I was 12 at school. The second one was when I was about 33. This last one I was 49. The plane crash was when I was 19. I was about 30 when the bank I was in got robbed. Wanna hang out? 😂

Trouble seems to know where you are most of the time it seems like. lol It's unfortunate you've had to go through so many of these events. All character building for sure though. I'm all for the conceal carry. We need more good guys with guns. I too want to be shooting back at people if they are shooting at me and want the best tool for the job but that is talk for another day.

Totally get that. CC is a burden which we choose as a sober, moral, prudent person to carry to protect ourselves and others. It is not necessary but if you chose to I would applaud it. It is definitely not for everyone.

Some people run some people hide some people look to engage some people fight. If you are not carrying and you don't feel you can neutralize the threat there is no harm in getting to a safe place. You can't help or save someone if you are dead or incapacitated. Sometimes you cannot escape though so it is never a bad idea to have some self defense training.

BJJ or Wrestling. If they have to be close to you might as well be able to make them take a nap and snap a limb. Your chances of walking away are much better.

I got stuck in an elevator once. The guy riding with me told me that was his fourth time getting stuck in an elevator. You are morally obligated to disclose certain things before a similar event.
