i need help on frontstage. i have a pioneer 880 that i can use active just not sure of what to do. also have a 4 channel amp that i cant bridge to 2 chn. so iwas going to try to find comps that i can bi-amp and use all the power . anyone have suggestions? or imfo on the active option also

if your 4 channel has 2 inputs (front & rear) then you can just ditch the passive x-over on your comp set.

or if you're happy w/ the x-over points that the passives offer, then bi-amping wouldn't be a bad idea.

I would suggest that you just find was raw drivers and not pay extra for passive x-overs when your HU can handle all the x-over duties.
