active amp,what to look for?

Got a jvc kd-sh1000 h/u. Thinking about trying to run active sometime in the future. Just need to know when I do start searching for an active capable amp,what to look for? Give me some examples of active amps please.

With that HU, u have active crossovers built in. So just look for nice Amps with enough power for your drivers. You won't need any special crossovers on the amp.

If you decide not to use the x/o on that HU, just make sure your amps have flexible x/o functions for both high and low pass.
