holy crap. what is all that shit? lol.

i have never used one screw when building boxes. glue and bar clamps ftw. my next project will be for two boxes for my computer speakers in .5" mdf. im really thinking about using screws to cut time down. i guess id have to be really careful...

Never had a problem...Ive built some pretty large ones too.

Well my table saw isn't the greatest and tends to make a very small, maybe 1/32", wave going down the cut due the a shitty , so I use screws since I have personally seen the screws make everything **** up nice and tight where there may be some small gaps.

What I really want is a nice, big saw that has a huge working area that I can easily cut 4x8 sheets on...right now I have to use a cicular saw to break the sheets down into something easier to work with.

This could be your blade and not the saw.Inexpensive blades tend to wobble at high speeds.Get a good blade and that should help alot.

I think it's due to a lousy fence. It's too short and isn't perfectly straight all the way through. I want one that's solid metal and about 4' long.
