Well my table saw isn't the greatest and tends to make a very small, maybe 1/32", wave going down the cut due the a shitty , so I use screws since I have personally seen the screws make everything **** up nice and tight where there may be some small gaps.Never had a problem...Ive built some pretty large ones too.

This could be your blade and not the saw.Inexpensive blades tend to wobble at high speeds.Get a good blade and that should help alot.Well my table saw isn't the greatest and tends to make a very small, maybe 1/32", wave going down the cut, so I use screws since I have personally seen the screws make everything **** up nice and tight where there may be some small gaps.

I think it's due to a lousy fence. It's too short and isn't perfectly straight all the way through. I want one that's solid metal and about 4' long. This could be your blade and not the saw.Inexpensive blades tend to wobble at high speeds.Get a good blade and that should help alot.
