? about kicker L7

just recentely got 2 12's kicker L7 from a friend who owed me money for a long time, till i finally said give me your subs and we will call it even, is there something i should now about these subs, they are brand new cuz he was lazy to build a box, i built one with 2.0 cf tuned to 35hz......... if i need to make a bigger box i will try, kinda hard in a toyota corolla

i have them 2.0cf per sub, i've seen some negative post about L7, i decided to give them a try, they are pretty loud =) , and far as sq, yeah it isn't the best but it's decent, someone refurred them as farts, it's far from that, audiobahn puts out farts.......... but the kicker L7's get my approval, they certainly keep me pleased till i save up alot of money to get me some brahmas and amps to power them.....

2.0 per is plenty.... I think you'll like them..the smallest ported we reccomend is 1.75, so 2.0 is ok..
