? about cutting sides for a wedge enclosure

take a peice of wood bigger than the side peice needs to be, glue and screw it to the box, and you should have alot of left over, so use a router with a flush trim bit and cut it out like that, perfect everytime

ok, if you need to cut a peice thats 4in wide at the top, 8in wide at the bottom, and 10in tall, then take a peice like 12x12x12 and just slap it on the box, and then take a router with a flush trim bit and cut it out.

Its what I do and it comes out perfect everytime and I dont have to deal with making weird *** cuts like those.

ok guys they have one at sears for $20 im just gonna go get it today i believe instead of driving 40 mins to hf and hoping they have one. Sears is like 15 mins away and it's $20.

that works

lifetime warranty on the craftsman anyways //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and $20 is a good deal too i have seen them go for $60 lolz

in the hands of a novice I guess...
i can use 1 just fine i have built well over 10,000 enclosures in my 20+ years i have several ways of doing it as well but not everyone can so..........

its pretty simple

use a straight edge or scrap of wood and measure blade to foot edge add that to your measurement and voila straight taper cut //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
