Check this crap out,,, I talked to a lawyer and a judge about getting custody of my kid,, Well they told me pretty much dont even try to get custody.. They only way I would win is if my ex hits my kid.. What kind of crap is that.. Its all about the men getting craped on... I have my kid 70% of the time and sometimes more yet I have to pay $512 a month... And on top of that I have to worry who my ex brings around my kid.. All her friends are drug addicts and thats no lie... 6 of her friends have spent 4 years or longer in jail for drugs... REAL NICE

You if you can prove that youre child in endangered you can easily obtain custody.RIGHT

Maybe he understand your skewed perspective which is actually wrong. Both sides get equally ****ed. Actually let me rephrase that. THE KIDS ALWAYS GET ****ED! My `wife tells me all the stories and how both sides, male or female are always trying to **** over the ex. Just as many women are getting screwed as men. The only winners in the situation are the lawyers.

Something isn't adding up there.

My wifes one cousin, just had her kid taking away for not taking care of her home or some shit like that. Basically never home, leaving the 5 year old by herself until she got home and throwing parties and having druggie friends over. They say they never hit her, but who really knows. I mean I have had her over my house and my wife has talks with her, but she is 5 and scared. My cousin Ben went infront of domestics to get there child support in writing.. Well of course it was a women who made the decison on how much he would have to pay.. Well anyways she told him that it was going to be like $670 a month well he heard that and said" I cant survive on that much taken out a month" the judge says " You SHUTUP!! you bought him into this world its your resposibility to take care of him" Well my cousins EX said I didnt come here to get it raised I just wanted it in writing... She said I only want $100 a month. The judge then starts *****ing at my cousins EX saying you a lowlife and How can we keep getting women the money they need if people like her wont take the man for everything they got....

So tell me how that IS FAIR... The Judge (woman) *****ed at my cousins EX because she didnt want to take more then $100 a month...

What's not adding up BBT is that these people only see things from their own perspective and think they can't be wrong. They are so hung up on themselves that they just can't be wrong in any way.

Outside mediators are the best judge of circumstance because they have no self perspective on the situation. It is becoming apparent that even though you pay your due, you still think of yourself too much.

This is why it takes lawyers, judges, and mediators to hash these things out. Everyone else is more worried about themselves instead of the real heart of the matter.
