I think they are offering one in 2000-2500wrms range. I have a second batt for the back and a h/o alt, just in case.

Id snag another saz1500 and strap them before i only bumped my power up by 750 or so

Trying not to have to run more than one sub amp though. Most will say that my saz will prob do around 1800wrms on decent electrical, will it be sufficient for the pair of t2's? Just want some decent thumpage.

Should ..i wouldnt upgrade to that little of power ...unless u dbl power

The new Orion is overrating stuff and living off the name. They where bought out by one of those flee market companies. MD audio which owns Lanzar and Pyrimid

Lanzar and Pyramid is owned by Sound Around Inc. Brooklyn,NY and have been for quite sometime

The New Orion was formerly owned by DEi and was sold to MD sound a couple of years ago, which is known as a flea market type company, but so far they have done a very good job with Orion and the new products I have seen personally look to be headed in the right direction only time will tell , but I wouldn't write the XTR and HCCA lines off until they are proven otherwise, they were solid with DEi just overvalued

Well, this topic has taken a few turns in every direction =) It's always good to stir the pot every once in a while...

I have the option to purchase a VFL 150.1 Used for @ $350 and the option to purchase the Orion 2014 Model used for $450

I was just curious as to what you guys thought about either product.

I need something solid to p0wn my TWO American Bass XFL 12's

New Orion stuff is solid and seems to be underrated. I'm into sound quality and just don't need the kind of brute power the OP is looking re: XTR3700. But, I wouldn't have a problem running the smaller wattage stuff. When you hold the new XTR or HCCA in your hands, they make a positive impression. Controls are smooth and feel solid, the rca's are premium quality and the heat sinks look very nice. However, the quality of the internals is what matters. OP, if you know a good technician, you might forward the photo above to him and ask if the components are of good quality.

The American Bass amps are a complete mystery to me. I see them mentioned all the time on this board so, they are apparently popular with those into SPL.

You gotta admit though, there's something a little ironic about an amp brand called "American Bass" that is in all likelihood made in China or Korea. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
