i got pulled over 2 days ago for going 15 over, the cop let me go. and this would have been my third ticket. and i also found out from the cop, that there is an arrest warrant out for my dad.

This is bogus, I have no record and never got a warning. I had a few warnings for going a few mph over the speed limit in this POS town but that it. They just wanted to cause trouble for somebody, I was pulled over for no reason!

i did. he doesnt even know what its for. but they can only arrest him, if they pull him over for something else. so he doesnt drive right now, until he gets it sorted it. and its in a city, my dad barely goes to.

j/w but why do you say this is a misdemeanor? if all you got was a ticket it's just that, a ticket. a misdemeanor is a criminal offense and if that was the case you would have been arrested, read your rights, charged, etc.
