Aaah Misdemeanor what do I do?

I was drivin last saturday at 3am and got pulled over for "disregarding a stop sign". They let me off the hook for that because I really didnt do it but gave me hell because I wasnt wearing my glasses when my license has the corrective lenses restriction. So they breathalizered me, searched my car and stuck me in the back of the cop car. I have to go to court this tuesday.

What do I do? How bad is a misdemeanor? I cant plead not guilty...I wasnt wearing my glasses and told them I wasnt wearing contacts either. Is there any way out of this?

Any idea what the fines will be like in michigan?

Sorry, dont really know what forums to ask for help on. IGN forums would be a joke haha

Yeah they put me in the back of a cop car and searched my car. Nice huh? They didnt find anything. Luckily I put my shoes on before the cops got to my window, then maybe I would be in federal prison for real. This stupid town has ridiculous cops with nothing to do.

these days its anything the can get out of you...your probally looking at a $4-600 fine....someones has to pay or the coffee and donuts for the cops....Its your turn now....

So lets say you don't get a job that pays you 60k a year because you checked yes to being convicted of a misdemeanor...then is it worth if? If not, go start standing in the welfare line now.

Just tell them your glasses got broke and you haven't had time to make an appointment for new ones yet.

I dont know anything about any of this stuff. If I admitted I wasnt wearing glasses and its on the report theres nothing I can do at all even with a lawyer right?
