I've got an Audiobahn A8002T amp that I fried because I hooked it up wrong. I opened it up and it seems that all of the circuit board is ok but the 8 small mosfet transistors are fried. I looked up the model # IRFZ44N and found 8 new ones for $1 each.

My questions are will this fix the amp and if so I want to make sure I'm getting the right mosfets. Any help would be very appreciated.

Here is a link to the mosfets I found online.

Thanks

Definitely worth fixing. I have worked on alot of Audiobahn amps, and this is the most typical problem.

Change all 8 FET's, and check the resistors around them.

If you need any further assistance, let us know.

I have that same amp and I am pretty happy with it. Of course I modified the shit stock cooling with some aftermarket stuff. Keeps the output the same no matter how long I have been using it.
