So I went to see Saving Abel, Papa Roach, Avenged Sevenfold, and Buckcherry last night. They all kicked *** except Avenged Sevenfold didnt perform. What the hell? Ive waited so long to see them and they dont even show. People say it is because M Shadows was sick, and others say the drummer got arrested. Anyone going to see the A7X/BC concert?

But I guess M Shadows has bad voice problems. Im still pissed though. What if they dint come back to ft wayne????

a7x really isnt that good live, i was let down when i saw them

I work at hot topic and Jacoby Shaddix from Papa Roach came into our store on Sunday.

We talked a bit but not much because he was just browsing with his family.

Evidently they were just coming through on their way to Ft. Wayne and it was a long drive so they decided to stop in Northpark Mall.

Sweet. The reason i didnt complain about the water on me is everyone was PACKED like no other, and it was hott and sweaty. Cold water helps.

So I take it he takes his family on tour....hmmm...

what the ****. i love a7x to death but theyre pissing me off, they cancelled the last show i was sposed to go to in chicago, calling it voice problems. stupid ****s. im going to see them at the allstate the 26th if they dont show im gonna be ****in pissed i hate the other two bands.

and i saw jason mraz last night, and he sucked as well.

Are you fucking crazy? They were the best live act I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. Hell my roomate has been to over 300 concerts and he puts them in the top 3 live bands of all time.

Well, the voice issues are to be expected every once in a while. M. Shaddows developed polyps on his vocal chords several years ago and had to have them surgically removed. That's why there's so much less screaming in there act and why the Rev usually takes on any of the big screams in the live act.

A7X used to be the shit, ESPECIALLY live. This was back in the day though, I hate where they went after Waking the Fallen

Meh, some people like the evolution of a sound, some people need music to stay pretty much the same. It seems like every time I hear someone say they hate a bands new stuff, it's because they aren't as rough as they used to be. I honestly really like that A7X has gotten more melodic and less screamy (not that I don't like screaming, I just think they are showcasing more of their talent and range with the new stuff).

Went to this show in Oakland. Saving Abel sucked. I was surprised Papa Roach played after them. I like Papa Roach's old stuff. All I could hear during the show was the drums. I stayed at the bar for Buckcherry. I thought A7X was pretty good. This is the third time I have seen the live. They are pretty good, but Syn's random guitar solos in the middle of the show can go.

I can agree with that. Mostly because the one he did at the show I went to wasn't as impressive as the ones he does in actual songs. I have seen some videos of other ones he's done that were really good though
