A3000db or zx1500.1?

a buddy of mine is looking for an amp that is about 1500 x1 at 2 ohms. i thought about the zx1500, but he is looking at power acoustic a3000db. i have no clue about the 3000db. anyone have suggestions about these or different amps? he's not looking to spend over $650. thanks

their rated at 2300@ 1 ohm, i dont know what it will do at 2 ohms.

We all know Kicker makes good amps but don't get carried away there chief...

If he has the scratch to burn, I would go with the kicker.

I personally would go with the PA because of course i dont have money to burn.

They are are gonna put out about the same thump but the kicker will be made better of course and alot of it is, is that your paying for the name.

zx, underrated and can go to 1ohm if u have the electrical for it

i own a a3000db and personally it does well at 1-ohm but even i think at 2-ohm you wont be seeing very much power, 1-ohm is a different story i think its puttig out something around 1800 or so no way itll do 2300 not unless its at .7-.5 with a very heavy electrical system

I have a kicker kx2500.1 (2ohm stable 2704 rms 5408 watts mono amp) for sell. I bought it brand new about 5 mouths ago but one channel burt out but I had it fix by kicker. 90 day repair warranty. I still have repair slip. Works like new. when amp got back from kicker I tested it to make sure it work correctly. Works great! I had this amp on 0ne 9515f. Will take pic's soon.
