i think you have 30 days to report 24 months to sue cause i talked with my lawer about that a while backCall his insurance company to start with, don't wait think you got like 30 days but you need to make report of it. Now be careful some of these companies try to low ball you if this happens then contact an accident/injury lawyer it won't cost you a dime until you settle. As stated before get your *** to the doctors and complain of a neck, back and head ache they will send you for a battery of tests jacking the price up.... DON'T WAIT!!!

They will also tell you that you have to get the repairs done at their choice of shop. Tell them thats illegal and you know the laws and you will take it where you want. They do it to save money by picking nickle and dime shops.Call his insurance company to start with, don't wait think you got like 30 days but you need to make report of it. You're fuc king stupid. If someone hit my car his insurance company will probably drop them because it is extremely expensive to fix body damage on a Cadillac like mine.
The insurance company will send out someone to look at the vehicle. If they decide to total it, they'll give blue-book value for it. The only way you'll need to sue the guy personally is if his insurance coverage wont cover the entire cost of the repairs/replacement. The insurance company is liable to pay you, but only up until the customer's pay-out limit is reached. If you are still owed more money, you sue the guy for the difference.Lol, alright guys, im going to call his insurance and see if i can get enough money out of them, if i feel it isnt enough i will most likely go after the guy even tho i dont really want to.
