Wow OP is a tard. Just because it's a no fault state doesn't mean that the insurance doesn't take responsibility for the accident. It means that the police don't determine who is at fault, they write a ticket for whatever infractions occur, and then its up to the insurance to fight it out. And since the other person got the ticket their insurance will claim responsibility, assess your car and send you a check.

To give up thousands of dollars....Wow. Do what I just said and send 10% to me since you don't want it. PM me for paypal info

example, my wife got in an accedent 6 days ago. dude hit her in the back of the car with his pick up at 25mph ish, had some damage. had is apraised in 2 days getting a check today for $4000 to fix the car today, plus a rental. wife and child went to the doc for some neck issues and gonna get another 2k in two weeks. gonna pocket the cash and fix it myself. parted out my cost is only $1000. sue the guy man.

Call his insurance company to start with, don't wait think you got like 30 days but you need to make report of it. Now be careful some of these companies try to low ball you if this happens then contact an accident/injury lawyer it won't cost you a dime until you settle. As stated before get your *** to the doctors and complain of a neck, back and head ache they will send you for a battery of tests jacking the price up.... DON'T WAIT!!!
