a very unsexy head unit

Do you think my head unit will play cdrs? I'm a long way from hooking it up still. It's a bulky Bose CD/cassette player I pried out of a 1995 Infinity J30 that just came into the U-pull-it, but was in good condition. The reason for this ugly thing is that I have 44 hours of Irish folk on cassette and am recording 3 more hours off the radio each week. Do you think a 95 Bose head unit can handle burned cds?

i have my doubts it will work with your ride....that bose stuff usually uses special amps further in the system and such...sometimes at each speaker...sometimes in a specific location....

as far as playing burnt CD's that old is iffy ....
