what is the best way to make a box in an suv. Example: would the sub facing the roof and the port toward the front of the car be. sorry for the lame question but I dont know

Usually Subs facing the back will give better results. Port direction isn't very critical as far as I've seen.

I have always seen sub up and port to the back, thats how I have my box in my Jeep as well.
