it seems like my bass hits harder because my hatch seals tighter around the rubber after sitting all night... but as soon as I break that seal when I open the hatch.. for the rest of the day I can hear a signifigant difference... is there anything I can do? (besides not opening the hatch)... maybe coat some vaseline around that rubber or somethin?

anyone?

it might not be the seal. it might be a fully charged battery. I have issues when I open my doors. bass gets louder.

You could try wiping a damp rag over the weather stripping when it seems less tight bass response.

yeah... I still need to do the big 3 and definately my battery is underrated for what Im usin but Im pretty sure its the seal.... when I pop the lid you can hear the rubber pull away from the lid and then after that I hear all kinds of noises coming from that rear window....so...Im thinkin maybe like a glue stick or somethin?

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
