disregard everything i posted. i'm being an *** today and was only joking. but serious you are never gonna bust windows with and L7 or any sub for that matter unless you throw it through the window. stay away from boss, legacy, pyramid etc. always go by rms wattage and never peak. over powering subs don't blow them like clipping your amp does. read the gain setting tutorial in the amp forum. get an amp around 800-1000 watts rms. if you are on a budget maybe try hifonics. also you have to know how to match up voice coils so i suggest you read the sticky in the electrical forum. build your own box. around 3-4 cubes tuned in the low 30's.

a good amp is the Nine....do a ported box, 4.5 cu.ft and tune for 32-33hz.
